CNC mill cutting metal in an industrial shop

Services

The machines and the people behind the work.

Qualified machinists, large equipment, and the range of processes needed to repair or manufacture industrial parts — including oversized jobs.

Turning

Lathes

Our machinists bring the skill and judgment precision turning demands. We have the tooling, knowledge, and shop experience to take on projects where tolerances are tight and the part has to perform in the field.

From repair work to new production, lathe capacity is a core part of how Leslie Engineering gets industrial parts back into service.

CNC

Milling machines

We run large CNC milling machines with the precision to handle both small parts and very large components. That range matters when a job cannot be broken down to fit a lighter machine.

If the part is oversized, complex, or needed quickly, milling capacity on this floor is built for it.

Fabrication

Welding

If it needs to be welded, we can do it — from a complex metal structure to a simple bolt repair. The shop performs a wide range of welding: oxy-acetylene, aluminum, arc, stainless steel, sheet metal, and more.

Welding sits alongside machining so repairs and new assemblies can stay in one place instead of bouncing between shops.

Heavy-duty long-bed lathe turning a large industrial shaft

Heavy work

Big lathes

We also keep the machinery for the big projects. Wide-bore, large-bed lathes handle tough jobs where the size and complexity of the part would overwhelm a standard shop.

If the work is large, bring it here. Capacity for oversized turning is one of the reasons clients across South Florida use this shop.
